PROPOLY 57 is a low viscosity prevulcanised rubber of high quality standard. It is produced by blending 80 pbw of vulcanised and 20 pbw unvulcanised natural rubber with 40 pbw of process oil. Blending is carried out in the latex phase to achieve a homogeneous initimate mix. The blend is coagulated under controlled conditions, processed in crumb rubber and pressed into bales. To ensure precision and product quality uniformity, computer-aided processing techniques are employed.
