PROPOLY 80 is a high modulus prevulcanised rubber of high quality standard. It is produced by blending 80 pbw of vulcanised and 20 pbw of unvulcanised natural rubber. Blending is carried out in the latex phase to achieve a homogeneous intimate mix. The blend is coagulated under controlled conditions, processed into crumb rubber and pressed into bales. To ensure precision and product quality uniformity, computer-aided processing techniques are employed.
