SUPERPOLY 50 is prevulcanised rubber of high quality standard. It is produced by blending 50 pbw of vulcanised and 50 pbw unvulcanised natural rubber. Blending is carried out in the latex phase to achieve a homogeneous intimate mix. The blend is coagulated under controlled conditions, processed in crepe or crumb rubber and pressed into bales. To ensure precision and product quality uniformity, computer-aided processing techniques are employed.
